Natalie is very well known in the special needs community for her kindness, patience and willingness to help others. Along with being the Founder and Co-Owner of Empower Me Group Inc. she is also a mother of a special needs adult and an Adult Foster Care provider in Washington County.
Natalie is very passionate about the care that is provided by Empower Me Group to each individual. Natalie focuses on each individuals abilities and believes in encouraging, empowering, acknowledging, teaching, motivating and providing positive supports to all individuals served.

Natalie is also the President and Founder of Special Adventures Non-Profit Organization for special needs adults. While having a lot of experience working with individuals with disabilities.
