Empower Me Group utilizes the principles of Person Centered Planning to work with each person served to identify the characteristics, needs and desires of each person served to match the service provided or job position to ensure a good fit for each individual. Empower Me Group will support the individual to empower the individual to succeed in their personal or employment endeavors.
