Natalie Rankins

​Natalie is a strong advocate for individuals who have disabilities.  Natalie has a son who sparked her to do as much as she can for the disability community. A current Adult Foster Care Provider, mom, grandma, and founder of Special Adventures (a non-profit that provides community outings and gatherings)  she found that the customized employment services were needed beyond the typical 9am-4pm hours. Natalie began working on a solution and Empower Me Group Inc was founded. Now expanding services beyond Employment Services. Empower Me Group continues to find ways to Empower induvials with disabilities in unique ways.
